Once your payment is confirmed, we offer next-day delivery. If you complete your payment today, you can expect your German Shepherd puppy to arrive by tomorrow evening. We’ll provide a tracking number and all necessary shipping details, allowing you to monitor your puppy’s journey.

Shipping your German Shepherd puppy is designed to be easy and stress-free. They will travel in a climate-controlled cabin area specifically designed for pets, secured in an airline-approved carrier. Ahead of time, you will receive your puppy’s flight number, arrival time, and a unique reference number for identification. You can choose between direct home delivery or airport pickup, depending on your preference. Our shipping process is tailored to ensure your puppy’s comfort and safety. With over 11 years of experience, we prioritize direct, non-stop flights whenever possible, minimizing stress for your puppy. Safe and Comfortable Travel

We utilize reputable airlines for transportation because it’s the quickest and safest method, especially for long distances or interstate journeys. Each puppy is transported in a customized, airline-approved plastic pet kennel, tailored to their size and the journey’s duration. They travel in a specially pressurized and climate-controlled compartment, separate from passenger luggage, ensuring their comfort throughout the flight. Our shipping crates are clearly labeled with “LIVE ANIMALS” and directional stickers. We include all pertinent information, such as the destination airport, confirmation number, and your contact details. Weather and Health Considerations

We constantly monitor weather conditions at both the departure and arrival locations to ensure safe travel. The health and safety of our puppies are our top priority; we will not ship if weather conditions pose a risk. Typically, we ship from Monday to Saturday, ensuring your puppy’s timely arrival. While it may take a day or two for your new puppy to adjust, most adapt quickly and feel at home right away.

Arrival Instructions

Please ensure you are available at home or the airport at the scheduled time for pickup. Typically, your puppy will be ready for pickup one hour after the flight lands, and you will need to present a valid ID, such as a driver’s license. We would love to hear that your puppy has arrived safely, so please reach out to us as soon as you can. Don’t forget to schedule a veterinarian check-up within 48 hours of your puppy’s arrival. We will follow up with you 24 hours after delivery to ensure everything is perfect and to answer any questions you may have.
